How It Works

Hiring goods can be done directly through the Dish Dolly site by simply placing tableware rentals required into your cart and processing a payment. Otherwise, contact Aine on info@thedishdolly.com or 0861726309 to discuss your requirements and receive a quotation.

When do I pay for my orders?

Payment is required by bank transfer at least 7 days before your event date. You can also pay by cash on delivery if you so wish.

There is a booking deposit taken for orders and also a breakage charge of either €20 or €50 depending on the order size. This is refunded on collection & inspection of items provided for your party or event.

What happens if I break an item?

A breakage deposit of €20 or €50 is added to your bill (depending on quantity of items hired) There is a replacement fee per item, a breakdown of which will be provided at your time of ordering. If an item is broken the amount is taken from the breakage deposit paid. Balance is then refunded on collection & inspection of goods hired.
